Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

We do not ship out merchandise. All of our merchandise sales are online and then pick-up in store only. Please pick-up merchandise 10-15 minutes before your next scheduled class.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for clothing that does not fit within 14 days of purchase. Clothing must be in new condition; if the clothing has been worn for a martial arts class it cannot be exchanged.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on the following:

• one-size such as gym bags, booklets, etc
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Payments for events such as socials, seminars, symposiums, etc

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us as soon as possible.
